enjoyed our family holiday at a well-located hotel in vienna, novotel exceeded expectations with beautiful room, helpful staff, and delicious breakfast. highly recommend for a pleasant stay.

Lack of communication about early check-in.

The location was favourable, within walking distance of two belvedere palaces. Plus it was max 5 mins walk to the lake.

Efficient and decent staff were on nigh shift receptionist.

I recently stayed at Novotel for sightseeing purposes during a week-long visit. The hotel's location next to the main station was excellent, providing easy access to transportation and plenty of dining options nearby. One standout feature was the complimentary mini bar, a first for me and truly amazing. The breakfast was also excellent, although it did get quite busy towards the end of the week. Additionally, the hotel offered a good gym, sauna, and steam bath, as well as a great view of the city from the 19th floor.

Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Fairly clean hotel, loved to be close enough to supermarket and airport bus and museum thanks to perfect location. The rooms were functional with adequate bathrooms, the staff were amiable. Tbh, had an excellent stay for more central location.

I loved the strategic location, the beautiful room and FAIRLY FRIENDLY stuff. Early check-in, late check-out. Location right by the main train station, centre. Also, it had convenient access to botanischer garten.

This hotel is located in a very convenient area, close to both the train station and the metro. The rooms are comfortable and equipped with modern amenities like cable TV and minibars. The location is fantastic, right next to the train station. The design of the new building is nice. The view from the fitness and sauna relaxation area is fantastic. Family facilities are excellent, with extra bedding, breakfast options, toys, and a fabulous playroom. The beds are very comfortable. Great shower. Everything is new and comfortable, even though the room is on the smaller side. The views from the floor-to-ceiling window are perfect, especially at night. Reception staff are very friendly. Great breakfast. Good WiFi in all areas, with no need to log in at certain intervals. There are five halal food options in the station for Muslim travelers. Nice play area for kids.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel near the main railway station. The location was perfect, with a small shopping center attached, making it convenient for all my needs. The rooms were cozy and well-equipped with an enormous TV and adequate bathrooms. I was impressed by the attention to detail and the excellent breakfast included in the price. The staff provided great service and the value for money was exceptional.

We found the parking to be quite expensive and the breakfast was overpriced compared to other options available nearby. the restaurant seemed to be overpriced as well, with limited options for hotel guests to sit and eat if they didn't want to purchase the expensive food.

The location of Novotel is perfect, with easy access to transportation. The room was comfortable and spacious, with a great breakfast selection. The staff was very cute and helpful, especially when I lost my child's teddy bear.
